That’s why we offer a risk-free 90-day wear test. You have 90 days from the day they arrive at your door to make sure they’re the perfect fit.

If Something’s Not Right
Nobody likes a buzzkill. Please give your Loafas a quick look-over as soon as they arrive. If they’re damaged, defective, or if we sent you the wrong pair, let us know immediately. We’ll jump on it right away to make things right.
The Refund Process
Once we receive and approve your return, we’ll send a quick heads-up to let you know your refund is on the way. Your funds will head back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Just a heads-up: Banks and credit card companies can sometimes be a little slow to post the credit to your account. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your refund and you’re still seeing zeros, please give us a shout at info@loafas.com.
